Your text message service must be active and you must be within network coverage. Re-enter your mobile phone number in Sign up to retry.

Carrier Support
Check your carrier in the help form to see if it is supported. If your carrier is not listed, send us a report and let us know. We may be able to activate your carrier soon.

Handset Support
Some camera phones that are two years or older may not be able to send photos.
You can still sign up and upload phots by computer.

PC

Cannot upload?
Submit filename and filesize and the time and date of upload attempt in the report. There is a 5MB limit per photo and only JPEGs are supports.

ScreenName and Password
Each account - mobile number - can only have one user with a unique ScreenName associated to it
A user will first receive a PIN by text message on their phone at Sign up. A user password can be added in MyProfile page.
